I went on holiday recently for the first time since I had my pump. I came across this product by chance, but I have to say, if you have an insulin pump then this is a must if you are planning on swimming or going to the beach. I did think before buying that it was a bit pricey for what it is, but it is a fantastic piece of kit. Two weeks of jumping in and out the pool as well as rolling around the beach with the kids, and my pump was perfectly protected. I didn't fancy having to take my pump on and off all the time, but with this, I just set temporary basals, popped my pump in the Aquapac and off I went. Not a single drop of water or sand came in contact with my pump the whole time I had it on. You can also operate the pump through the plastic bag, so don't have to take it off at all during the day. I clipped it at the front then put the pump bag bit either at my side or behind my back. It comes with a generous length of belt strap which is fully-adjustable. It didn't get in the way of my enjoyment at all, and I forgot I had it on apart from the first time I went down a flume with it at my back and managed to get a few scuffs on it. Next time I slid the Aquapac round to my side and problem was solved. I also used it in the shower while away, and would 100 per cent recommend this product. You can check out the Aquapac website, but I found even with postage, it was slightly cheaper here (As most things are!) If you are thinking about getting one, I would definitely say you should go ahead and do so - you won't be disappointed once you use it for the first time. Also found insulin delivery wasn't affected as far as I could tell, and my bloods were very good for most of the holiday. Back to the actual pump, I found that the silhouettes stayed on OK depending if they came into contact with sunscreen/sweat or depending how much I was jumping into the pool, but would suggest buying some sticking plasters to put over the entire sticky bit - that meant the cannula stayed in place perfectly, although I was left with a couple of strange rectangular non-tan marks! But a very small price to pay to be allowed the total freedom a non-pumper would have in regards to going swimming and to the beach. To conclude, I spent hours in the water with my two young kids, which I wouldn't have been able to do if I hadn't stumbled upon this amazing product, and not once was I concerned about my pump being at risk. BTW your pump provider should give you a spare pump to take as long as you contact them at least 4 weeks before you go, and I bought insurance for them both for less than a tenner for a month, which I have now cancelled, but had great peace of mind as they cost around £2.5K each. Google 'insulin pump insurer' as neither my travel insurance or home insurance would cover them while I was away.

This is a great waterproof pump pouch, bought one several years ago for granddaughter with T1D as she loves the water. I purchased another this year for baby grandson who now has T1D as he lives at the beach and can happily play without fear of getting his pump wet.

Used this to hold and keep my insulin pump safe whilst wearing it swimming. (Accu-check insight). I was a little nervous the first time I used this as after reading the previous reviews, it seemed to good to be true that I could wear my insulin pump whilst being in the water for hours, but sure enough 4-5 hours later everything was still working as it should. I’d been down rapids, wave machines, flumes as well as general swimming. And when checking there was the most minor amount of condensation. The clips are a little fiddly at first, and I struggled but I think this was mainly down to me being a bit incompetent rather than a design issue (don’t try and push them through too much?!). The strap is very long, I’m a “regular/small sized adult” and it went round me at least twice, so may need more modification for small children. But everything did stay in place. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this to any pump wearing diabetic, be brave, your pump will survive!!

Really did the job and made it so much easier to enjoy the pool on holiday without the faff of having to re attach and unattach my insulin pump all day which in a one piece swimming suit and a cannula in my stomach would have got annoying fast. Was a bit worried id be wasting my money as it wasn't what I'd call cheap but it was worth every penny. Id highly recommended!

After continuously trying to get the clamps to engage, they will not do it without damaging the cannula line, and I checked and now no insulin will be coming through because it looks like it’s caused a blockage in the line not worth £45 at all. save yourself some money, get yourself an bag from IKEA and put it in there. It would do better

I purchased this directly from funky pumpers in 2023 as we were going to do the water parks in Florida. Best piece of kit I bought. We spent full days in the parks going on all the slides and rides and I didn’t have a single pump/insulin related issue. Used occasionally since then but we’ve just spent a week in Center Parcs and most of the time we were in the pool. Out came this little beauty and kept my pump safe again! It is a little fiddly to start with, but once you’ve got the knack it’s easy. I use a tandem T-Slim pump.

ive ordered stuff from funky pumpers before and being a Diabetic from 28 years but new to an insulin pump there products have always met my needs.I am going on holiday this year and it will involve a lot of swimming and water parks, the reviews have given me confidence to use this, ive tried it out and works a treat... strong and durable

Ich habe diese Pumpentasche zwar erst einmal benutzt und ich war sehr skeptisch, aber sie ist wasserdicht und ich konnte mit meinen Kindern lange im Schwimmbad im Wasser bleiben ohne meine Insulinpumpe ablegen zu müssen.

I love this thing!!! I was tired of having to take off my pump and swim/snorkel for an hour (if I'm lucky) and have to end the fun early just to hook back up. Not fun. But then, enter this wonderful device and all my hopes and dreams are met. This works wonderfully and it's minimalist design is not too bulky and easy to hide under a Tankini top or a pair of shorts. I tested this out on a recent family vacation to Hawaii and I wore it all day long, to multiple beaches and swimming pools, and not one drop of water disturbed my pump. It's so wonderful to be able to play in the water all day with my kids. Again, I LOVE THIS!!!

Works good with my tandem t:slim X2 with full day on water (pool and sea). I used without the belt. I put on a pocket. It leaks a bit of water. But the pump water resistance worked out, so no problems and I had a lot of fun with this keeping the values in control.

Fa benissimo il suo lavoro, la cintura è bella larga regolabile e il micro è gestibile senza dover essere estratto dal marsupio. Bisogna stare un po' attenti quando si inserisce il micro la tasca è molto sottile e mi da impressione che possa rompersi facilmente. Il resto fantastico
