Any actual umami in the "Umami" Blend?

Can this be used as boullion?

It adds that delicious mushrooms/ meaty flavor and if you were ro sample it i think it does taste like a very low sodium vegetable bouillon. So, I think yes. But its just not as big a flavor as a cube. Imo

Does it taste like Truffle Oil?

I would assume not, never having tasted truffle oil. As odd as it sounds, my kids and husband think it tastes like the cheap bricks of beef ramen, the seasoning packet that is, that you can buy at the store, but very spicy. Embarrassing as it is, I use it to season noodles so they feel like they're eating the not so healthy store bought ramen.

Its a bit spicy
