FROZEN
I've had this for a couple months now and it works great, It's not loud at all most of the time I forget we even have it that's how quiet it is. Everything stays frozen. It is required for it to sit without plugging it in for about 72 hours total to allow the oil and refrigerant to resettle as it shifts around when being moved around warehouses and delivery vehicles. Its small but mighty and fits in our apartment. Other than the waiting to plug it in the set up is a breeze as it only requires to literally plug it in. Size wise you get what you pay for.

Works great but I thought it would hold more
using this to store breast milk. it hold around 100 bags which is way less than expected but it works well for now. it is a bit noisy but nothing unbearably loud

Broken after 1.5 years
Stopped working after a year and a half, contacted Black & Decker to see what I could to get it working again after having to throw out 50 lbs of food that had defrosted, said they couldn’t help because it was outside of the year warranty. Worked great for a year and a half, but quite an investment to break in such a short time. Be warned! No way to repair!
