How any ounces is this bottle?

I haven't used it yet but the bottle says 250 ml. But without opening the bottle I would guess or it looks like to me to be at least a cup 😁

How many carbs does this have per serving?

I looked on the label, but the number of carbs is not listed anywhere. It's not made in the US, so it doesn't have the US required FDA labeling. Here's what is listed: It contains 250 ml of liquid pectin. It recommends using a half bottle (125 ml) per 2.25 lbs or 1 kg of fruit, which should result in an even 5 lbs of preserve when all of the ingredients are added. It says it's suitable for vegans. It says the entire bottle should be used within 14 days of opening. Ingredients: Water, gelling agent: pectin (3%), acidity regulators, citric acid, potassium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate.
