Excellent! Easy on stomach and effective

Every Integrative Therapeutics product I’ve used has been a quality product with high quality ingredients. The active b-complex is no exception. I like it because I get what I need without having to taste the icky b vitamin taste so common with other b vitamins. The capsules aren’t huge and they’re easy to take. I take it because I had gastric bypass and must take vitamins. I appreciate that I’m able to easily get my daily intake which helps me feel my best. It’s a great price too!

Great product!

I have taken this vitamin for more than 3 years with very good tolerance. Recent bottle has that terrible "vitamin smell" and I feel nauseous after taking with food. I wonder if ingredients have changed? Unfortunately, I will have to look for another brand because of the current intolerance.

im tested and diagnosed with the MTHFR genetic mutation. my body doesnt convert folate right. this is my go-to supplement for that. its a good price for the amount. never noticed any color variation. quality ingredients and no side effects or upset stomach. i recommend it.
