Where is the SD card input located?

Hello, the SD card slot is below the camera lens, near the Reset button. When the camera look upward, you could see it.

Can you save videos from the app that were stored on SD card directly to your phone?

I haven't used it a ton yet, but I think that from the camera, you can save to your phone directly, or you can save to an SD card. Once you have it on an SD card, I assume you can transfer it like any normal file transfer.
