Compact Stereo System with CD Player for Home, 30W Crisp-Sound Speakers

Perfect for a 13 year old! Great sound and loud enough!

my husband requested a speaker system that allows BT and CDs and this one worked great for us. I got it used for about $80 and it has great sound quality for that price! our house isn't huge, so the sound output on this is more than sufficient for our little dance parties.

Not to bad for a small compact CD player. I wanted something inexpensive to play my 70s,80s,90s jams!!

Although I stream most all of my music, my wife still likes the CD's better. She wanted the stereo that quit working replaced as a Christmas gift. I looked at a lot of different styles and settled on this one. She has it out in our garage, so most anything would probably sound loud, but this gets loud enough carry the sound outside just on normal volume. She plays it daily and so far has served her purpose. I doubt that she has tried the blu tooth, but she loves the remote control so she can pause or turn it down anywhere she is

I just unboxed and used this unit for the first time today. Small footprint but big sound. So very easy to assemble and use. It does not come with battereies so have 2 AAA batteries on hand. I bought this unit in particular because it has a PROMINENT FRONT ACCESS USB SLOT. I wanted a unit that would play cds but also music from USB FLASH Drives. I also wanted speakers that had lead wires that insert into the back of the tuner. I have Bose speakers that I want to try to use with this system. Haven't done so yet but that is my tommow plan. Worst issues are for me: 1) the small print and illustration in the litle manual of the remote. I can't read either the symbols on the remote or the manual. So, I had to mock up a drawing with labels until I get to know the remote better. 2) Base sound quality is not too great with some CDs. However, I learned that at the very bottom of the remote on the right side the EQ button will allow you to select music types: POP, ROCK, CLASSICAL, JAZZ AND FLAT. WHILE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT FLAT MEANS, I CAN TELL YOU THAT IT IS ADVISABLE TO USE THE EQ AND SELECT A SETTING THAT WILL ALLOW BETTER FIDELITY FROM THE SPEAKERS. High range on the speaker is very clear. 3) UPDATED 11/6/25 - I RETURNED THE FIRST UNIT BECAUSE THE CD PLAYER WAS NOT LOADING ALL CDs. I GOT A REPLACEMENT UNIT AND THE SAME ISSUE IS HAPPENING. I AM SO VERY DISAPPONTED. BTW - I USED IDENTICAL CDs to test both units - whether the CDs are store bought or burned at home doesn't matter. Some of both play and some of both do not.

Nice little sound system for bedroom. Easy to understand and set up. This is 3rd cd player i have tried, this one i am keeping!

It has a great sound, high output for such a small system, and very easy setup. I was very pleased with it but the speakers stopped working after 3 1/2 weeks. Fortunately it stopped in time for a full refund on Amazon. I think perhaps the speaker wires were to blame. Too bad.

Almost did not purchase this small boombox because of the brand name. Lonpoo sounds more like what you find on your grass in the morning. So far I have only used the CD function but very impressed. Sound from speaker is excellent for the size. Good looking boombox better than the pictures, also very unassuming if you want to use in a upscale room. What I like about this unit is the rotary volume dial instead of button volume control. I have never had a problem with a rotary dial where buttons have ceased to work. On DC it only takes 4 C cell batteries where some take 6 C cell batteries. Have not tried the bluetooth, or USB yet. As for reliabilty time will tell. Pleased with the purchase.
