These are not your flimsy arts and crafts chenille pipe cleaners, these are sturdy, and the material scrubs and absorbs spots and stains well. They are bendable and hold their shape to reach into narrow and angled areas, and they lather up well with just a bit of soap. I got these to clean our bong, and wow!!! Using some orange chronic or warm water with coarse salt and a few of these pipe cleaners and it’s sparkly brand new!! The pipe cleaners are definitely more thorny than your normal ones, but this helps get all the hard tar / gunk off. I do wear gloves when using these only cause my skin is so sensitive and the little pricks hurt my fingers. But otherwise, these are great!!
