Parmesan Fine but was 10% under weight according to the label. Not impressed

An excellent purchase. I use parmesan cheese a lot, prefer to buy in a block and grate it rather than buy pre-packed grated fresh parmesan. This purchase was excellent value for money, it is a 1kg wedge. The taste is excellent. Kept cool in the fridge, easy to grate when needed, be it fine grated or slightly more shredded - depending on what dish you wish to have it with. One thing to remember, after cutting a bit off for grating (or if you just grate from wedge, just keep it in a freezer bag with an easy seal (get as much air out of freezer bag and keep in fridge - it shall keep and maintain its flavour.It is much better than blocks of Parmesan you get in supermarkets (whether it is upper or budget supermarkets).
