I recently purchased the Luna camera and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The camera quality is excellent – crisp, clear footage both during the day and at night. Connectivity was smooth and reliable, with minimal setup time needed. I was able to link it to my phone easily and get real-time alerts without delay.What really made the experience even better was the amazing customer service. Agent 3 helped me with the setup and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process step by step and made sure everything was working perfectly. That kind of support is rare these days!Considering the features and performance, I’d say this camera is great value for the money. Highly recommend the Luna camera, especially if you’re looking for quality and reliable support.

Amazing cameras! These are such a good deal and I can’t believe how good they are! I got 2 and set them up in my apartment so I can check in on my cats when I’m not home. Setup is quick and easy. They connect with an app on your phone. Love it. There’s also tons of features and settings. I love the night vision, it makes it so easy to see my cats in the dark.Great company, excellent cameras. Definitely recommend these and I plan on getting more soon!

I'm not too tech savvy so try to do it myself and after a half hour I said hey why don't I call Luna technical support. Thank God I did I got the greatest technical support rep his name was Derek number 8 and Derek was so helpful he walked me through everything from plugging it in the wall to setting it up taking care of any problem I had asked me if I had any questions afterwards we did it in about 20 minutes. He was awesome the product itself is awesome. I can see everything very clearly and I bought two cameras one for indoor and out he explained the add-on monitoring and I think I will get that most likely. I love the way this camera looks feels and I look good in it too that's all that matters.

This product works amazing!You can watch and listen to the live feed, even speak out thru your camera. With events you see all motion detection at different times, this camera turns all ways and you can even zoom in. they also have good customer service cos i spoke to agent 3. For the cost this is a bomb you just need to connect it to your wifi and plug in the power. Oh i use it subscription free too! my video footage records on sd card so i can use it when needed

Today I spoke with Agent # 3. I let her know how happy I am with the Luna camera. I’ve owned many cameras, such as.YI Home, the Canary, the nest snow camera, the blink camera. Out of all these cameras I am the most happy with Luna. Besides their excellent support staff to help you if you have any questions. The camera is extremely user-friendly. I love it motion detector, the night vision, the reasonable iCloud plan they have. Out of all the cameras that I phoned. I have to say this is the best.

This is lovely camera, as I used it indoors to monitor my sick Mom. I didn't give it 5 ⭐ as all the perks and jazz about this camera is all within the paid subscription. When my mother recovered in the name of Jesus, I will cancel subscription.

Video is good tracking is ok but could be better only thing that I did not like was the event viewing takes way to long

What a great camera! Excellent video quality in the light and dark. I couldn't get the wifi to connect (I was using the wrong password) so I called customer support. Advisor number four helped me get it fixed. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable!!!! I will be buying more for my house.
