Tried after ChatGPT suggestion!
First time trying Kahlua and I love it! As someone who doesn’t really drink, just having the occasional entertaining beverage every few months, I’m not really that experimental with my choices and usually stick to what I like. I’ve always stuck to having a couple dissaranos but after asking ChatGPT what else I might like and it suggesting Kahlua, I bought a couple bottles on the Black Friday deal. I tasted it straight with just ice, with milk and also tried it with baileys salted caramel double cream that I picked up from Lidl, all excellent! The texture is very smooth and the taste is pretty sweet but I like it like that. It’s not too strong to the point where it burns your throat drinking it straight either. Will defo be buying again!

Great taste. Alternative to Tia Maria.
This was an alternative to tia Maria. A little sweeter but a fab drink. Over ice with coce/lemonade. Cheaper also.

A wonderful coffee liqueur
A wonderful coffee liqueur for use in cocktails that require a coffee taste. Black or white Russians, Espresso Martinis etc. Usually available very cheap, £12-£13 for 700ml (2026) It's rare that I don't have a bottle on my bar.

Perfekt für Espresso Martini
Wir haben den Kahlúa Kaffeelikör gekauft, um zu Hause Espresso Martini zuzubereiten, und sind mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Der Likör erfüllt genau das, was man von einem hochwertigen Kaffeelikör erwartet: ein angenehmes Kaffeearoma, eine ausgewogene Süße und die perfekte Grundlage für einen gelungenen Espresso Martini. Natürlich bewegt sich Kahlúa eher im oberen Preissegment, und es gibt sicherlich günstigere Alternativen. Allerdings haben wir bisher keine vergleichbare Alternative ausprobiert, sodass sich der Preis für uns aufgrund der Qualität durchaus rechtfertigt. Da dies unser erster Versuch war, Espresso Martini selbst zu machen, haben wir zusätzlich ein Gläserset bei Amazon bestellt. Dieses hat uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht – die Gläser wirken sehr hochwertig, sehen elegant aus und passen perfekt zu dem Cocktail. Insgesamt können wir den Kahlúa Kaffeelikör für alle empfehlen, die zu Hause leckere Espresso Martinis mixen möchten. Geschmacklich hat er unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.
