LIATEHAGE Arch Support Pads for Flat Feet Relieve Pain Plantar Fasciitis Gel Inserts (blue)

My arches are very high and they would have given some support but I think I used up the adhesive trying to get these in the right spot. I gave up on getting them situated and don’t use them.

I have high arches and they work well in my shoes that I can't take the footbeds out of.

I can not wear these in my shoes. However, have had great results sleeping with it on my painful foot ( achilles tendonitis). With a snug sock over it at night, I wake up pain free!!
