What a great way to learn
Absolutely love this book. Not only do you learn the poses but also what muscles are being used. Colouring in as you definitely helps you not only to remember the difficult names but also where each muscle or bone is located on the body. Learn the different asanas as you go and the colouring is very therapeutic too so when you don't think you can take any more in, sit back, pick up your colouring pencils and enjoy.

Worth the purchase - I passed anatomy
Such a good idea to make learning about your own body so much fun and cathartic! You learn much better than just reading since you won’t remember - but the colouring in really does make it stick.

A good anatomy book
I find the book useful to learn the name of bones and muscles, their locations and main functions. The details are quite brief. I like the flashcard in the end of the book and the paper quality is very good for coloring. I would recommend this book to a person brandnew to anatomy, but not for someone looking for deeper understanding.

Very well done.
It goes quite deep, gets you passed the basics and gives you a lot terminology presented in a gradual way. Having the option to colour in the images(which are amazing) gives you the Mass / visual you need to understand.

Focus the mind, reinforce information.
A bit of fun for me after struggling to follow an anatomy lecture as part of YTT. Colouring in certainly helps focus the mind and reinforces information.

A wonderful book!
I really like the concept of this book with a clear concept of yoga pose, and the anatomy through colouring. It makes it easy to understand especially for beginner yogi or young yoga teacher. Highly recommend!
