Use this for working from home and skype calls. people say it sounds great. had all the features I was looking for, double sided to help with distractions, good sound of a sennheiser, noise cancelling - people say sound is crystal clear, connects to USB on my computer or to my iphone, durable, wired, comfortable and lightweight. great headphone for the price.

Piece of garbage that never worked
I have an original SC 660 from 6 years ago, which was actually made by Sennheiser and it is magical. This is nothing similar - neither Windows nor Mac OSX recognizes it, so while i can hear, no one can hear me, or they only hear me through the laptop's mic, and I might as well be shouting from down a well. I've fiddled with audio settings, tried to download drivers, but to no avail.

It arrived without any of the USB connecting device with the controls. This is completely unacceptable. How do I get either the USB connecting device, or a refund.

Complete disappointment
Had a buzzing sound that the receiving end would hear - liked having a boom mic, but this shouldn't be rocket science!
