Great beginners board
I was worried about this board because other reviews were saying it wasnt fast or couldnt make it uphill. But upon further inspection, other people who said this board wasnt good were also people that's way above the weight limit the board requires. Only one of the wheels has a motor to accelerate, so if you are over 150lbs you will struggle with this board. Im 5'2 and weigh 125 so this board is absolutely perfect for me. It gos pretty fast (at least fast enough for me. Im good at 11mph) and this board can get me up an incline on the 3rd or 4th (max) setting. Do not get this board if you weigh over 150lbs, plan and simple

Not the fastest but fun
Got this for my 19 year old son. He loved it some much he purchased the upgraded version. Very high quality, just a but slow for him.

Not worth the cheap price!
This board is terrible. I weight ~150 pounds and it can barely get going. Lasted roughly 3 miles off a full charge. Can barely get up a 2% incline (impossible to ride uphill).Yes, it is a cheaper board than others, but this one is meant for kids (which I find interesting because the "campus" board you would think would be for... idk college students? The board size is small which I wanted, but one motor is not enough. If only Meepo had this size board with the dual motor.

A Very Honest Review
-To start, the listing isn't very clear in terms of product specs. Its seems they are all more or less lumped together for general specs. I got the Campus ($200). Im a little upset to see it go down to 160 something but thats my fault I guess-Pros: As of writing this, I have just over 33 miles logged on Strava. Great for the price if you fit the size requirements. Ive done 6ish mile round trips on one charge with no issues. Its mostly flat around me and i use it mainly when i commute into the city via bus. Its super compact making public transit easy and it doesn't weigh anymore then your average full sized longboard. Charging and setup are easy. The remote connected right away and has given me 0 issues. Charger doesn't feel amazing in terms of quality but it works and fully charges in about 1.5hrs. I'm not 100% sure if it has regen while riding or just when on the brake. I dont have big enough downhills nearby to test it on the brake but just pushing, ive seen the lights go from 2 back to 3 while completely off throttle and brake.-Cons: Wind has a huge effect. I notice even with a small headwind the speed is diminished and the battery life reduces. Same with sidewalks and bigger uphills. The constant cracks and hickups dont let it maintain speed well. Being 1 wheel drive, any extra force will have a noticeable effect. It still does the job, just something to consider. And although i said the remote works well, the battery life indicator is a bit confusing. Ill leave on a full charge and within minitues, the remove will go to 3 out of 4 bars while moving. But stop for a second and it goes back to full. Alot of times i see 2 bars while riding and think im getting low, only to stop and check to see its back to 3 bars. Not sure why it does this but i couldnt find anything in the manual to explain it.I'm a smaller guy (5ft9in 135lbs) so the campus works out for me. Any bigger and i would recommend a bigger board. The difference from modes 3-4 are minimal. On Strava it only showed me go from 11mph to 12mph when switching but the range gets cut down pretty bad in 4. I keep it in 3 all the time and see 11mph on flats with ease. It will take me up small inclines but anything steep it needs help. All in all, its a great intro board if you arent anymore then 135lbs and just use it to replace your foot commuting. I wouldn't count on it being able to increase your potential commuting distance as much as it'll shorten the time it takes. But generally speaking, any commute it can complete (on a single charge) would be walkable in most case.

Nice but odd
I love the electric longboard especially because its my first one. The only thing i have about it is the electric wheel.. its seeming to erode away already and i dont like that a bit. Also the board is kind of small and i thought it would be bigger. The battery life dies kind of fast, the grip is okay but i dont know i was expecting a bit more..

Great charge
My son loves his skateboard charges quickly and last for quite some time before it needs recharging!

Pleased
My son loves his campus board. Received for his 13th birthday and already going max speeds. He does skateboard, so this could contribute to easy first time use. Recommend proper PPE. The set it comes with was way to small for him at 5ft 2in.

Absolutely dirt (campus model)
It was great while it lasted i night this in March 2025 THIS YEAR as is October 2025 it completely stopped charging i speed using it back in June due to losing my job so I didn't have a need as much so I switched back to my regular cruiser it's not electric( faster then the campus) the campus is a good beginner board if you want to get into electric I honestly did love not having to push but It sucked on any hill with gradual incline in order to get more speed I had to push and hold the trigger kind of wasted money for me but it was nice when traveling on straight paths I live in Staten Island and when I had to switch locations the distance was about 4 miles there board had to be on max setting and if get about 11mph. Realistically I should've went for a higher power board because I weigh 245 the Max weight is 200 but it got the job done. The major issue still came to light though regardless the wheels that moves wears down faster then the rest of the wheels which made certain days daHarder then others I hit a pebble and lost balance super quick. Next while riding I went up the sidewalk ramp to wobbly and because the back wheels had already lost major grip I went down ๐ญ i was okay but that could've been a worst fall. If you want this board be very careful the battery life goes fast to 4 miles on Max with a full battery lasted 25 minutes on the dot not bad but the last 15 minutes I spent some time pushing because the battery was running low and it slows all the way down to 4mph then 2mph and then it won't go unless you're pushing after that it stops and you can only push this 11lbs board. I was getting a superior workout just having to move the board absolutely hated it. My legs would cramp up because I was exerting energy I didn't have already after doing an 8 to 10 hour shift on my feet. Worst is so many reviews deterred me from connection customer service just ended with the idea to throw it out (I still have it but it's a waste) honestly getting any other board spend the extra 200 and get something good. If u could get my money back I would.๐ญ๐

Excellent product, with no drawbacks for me personally!
Excellent, exactly what i needed. Just fast enough at it's maximum speed for me to be comfortable, without needing to slow down for safety. Im no pro, but im not an amateur either. To be honest if i were a pro and wanted absurd speed it might have been disappointing, i expected faster based on the rhetoric in the description but i don't doubt at all that the top speed is indeed approximately 29 mph.I need to order a replacement remote because my fiance got iced tea powder in its charging port, but the original remote control paired quickly and easily and its really simple to operate. It has an ergonomic feeling grip, surprisingly comfortable to hold and very light weight. The board itself isn't as heavy as i expected either, and the battery is at least as discreet as the photos implied.I haven't had it long enough to say for sure if the advertised tenacity and assumed lifespan of the battery is accurate, but i wouldn't doubt it for one second i am very pleased with this product! My only issue, is that i can't keep the battery from automatically turning on when i ride it like a normal board which means i gotta charge it whether i use the batter or not. But thats a really small issue, not worth losing a star in the review.
