great stuff, great quality and price point, in my opinion. i just realized i only ordered 1000mcg- meant to order the 5000mcg! glad yo have it. tastes great, under the tongue-take your time, no coffee or liquids- let it do it's thing, otherwise your stomach acid will destroy the benefits! zero side effects, and i am a senative gal. helps my mood and memory. truly this and vit d3 have changed my life!
