It just powers on and off, there’s no sound. Update: I was sent a replacement and they work!

Fit is snug, quality is okay, feels like high quality plastic. Sound is great and the battery life is good. Went 2 days without charging.

I decided to purchase these because they were on sale during Black Friday not even three weeks after I bought them with them laying on my desk, not moving or anything, pick them up one day and noticed that the Bluetooth and the headset would no longer work. Unfortunately, it was nothing I could do about it because I had already thrown away the box that it came in when I bought the product. I would highly suggest that anyone who is interested in buying this product to take a pass on it. They are cheaply, made, and do not work. There was no damage done to the box or since I purchased them, but simply all they did was lay on my computer desk on a rack where headphones are supposed to be if you buy a headset holder like I had elsewhere. Needless to say the price should have warned me asto the quality of the product! I normally don’t buy products under a certain price because of the quality of the product but that is not all true. Sometimes you can buy a cheap products and they’d be decent products, but in this case is straight up Doodoo.

I've had these 3 months and now I can only hear others but the mic no longer works so others don't hear me. It doesn't connect wirelessly so I always have them plugged in

Love them only wish they worked plugged in. Sound is great have not dropped and don’t want to have to find out. well worth my money. Cannot be worn with earrings for best comfort.

This is a decent headset for the price but no matter what you do you'll end up with an echo when you speak.

I fight for headphones with my husband and it was time to get myself a pair. These were cute looking and had wireless functionality. Honestly, I've had bad experiences with wireless headphones, so the fact it comes with a detachable cord really sold it for me. I use it almost exclusively on the cord, but the sound quality is pretty decent. It blocks out a fair portion of my background noises, allowing me to hear more clearly. My one complaint is the tip of the cord gets loose and pops part way out of the jack and I find myself multiple times a day, pushing it back in. But that's not that big of a deal to me. Can't speak on the wireless aspect yet, but I'll give them a try and report back. But I'm wearing these headphones throughout the day and don't really have any other complaints.

Used often but not even daily. Only for listening to music, gaming now and again. First the Mic stopped working. On one. Then the other. Then the crackling started. One headset then the other. Bought them for Easter, a set for each kid and they're both garbage already. Very frustrating and disappointing

I ordered these for my son to wear while gaming. He's young, only 8, so it's for some PC games and the Switch. The headphones look pretty cool, purple morphing into pink, which he likes. They fit him on the smallest head size, so there is lots of room to grow with him. The head strap is padded, and the earphones are padded, so they're comfortable, although his ears were pretty warm after wearing for a while. The plastic housing doesn't feel super top-of-the-line, compared the the brand-name headset my husband uses for gaming. It was easy to set the headphones up. The receiver plugs into a USB port on the computer or Switch dock. When you turn the headphones on, they connected easily. You can then control volume from the headset. My son does not use chat functions in his games, so I cannot speak to how well the microphone works, but it is removeable so he just left it off altogether. Apparently the mic doesn't work with the Switch, just fyi. We love that there are no wires to contend with. The headphones were partially charged upon arrival, so we charged them to capacity before the first wearing, and we have not had to recharge them since. The battery life seems very good. I don't know if Very Serious Gamers would find these meet their high expectations, but for my son, these are great. He loves them, so I'm happy.

- Not the best material quality. The plastic in the headphone looks decent but the USB stick looks flimsily built and does not inspire confidence that it will last long. Otherwise, this is a decent starter headphone for gamers. - Not too fancy, but not shabby. Has a built-in mic that delivers clean sound to your fellow gamers. The earpieces deliver decent sound. - The bass is not that great but treble is fine and overall audio is clean enough for a good gaming experience. - Bluetooth connection is instant but there is a lag sometimes while gaming, which may ruin the experience and so the 3.5mm jack is probably best to use while gaming to make sure lag is minimized. - A decent starter headphone for new gamers.
