This tigernut butter is DELICIOUS!! It's creamy and a bit runny so it's perfect for drizzling over toast or oatmeal. The taste is sooooo good. I super appreciate this product!

AIP compliant tiger nut butter that does not separate. Uses avocado and coconut oils instead of seed oils! I ordered the regular and carob version. I expected to fall in love with the carob one because I love chocolate but can no longer eat it but actually preferred the regular flavor. Using it as a substitute for peanut & almond butter and tahini. The shipment came quickly and was intact. Note the jars are plastic for those who might prefer glass.

Tigernut butter has so many benefits, I’m always encouraged to see more Tigernut products on the market and Gourmanity’s Tigernut butter is no exception. It has good flavor and is extremely smooth. However, I’ve only given it four stars because of the sunflower oil - I would’ve given it 3.5 stars if that were an option. I typically avoid sunflower oil due to the high amount of unhealthy omega-6 fatty acids in it. I prefer a competing product that uses only avocado and coconut oils. Not only are the avocado and coconut oils healthier, but the coconut oil also gives it a subtle sweetness that seems to be lacking in Gourmanity’s version. Considering that people who consume Tigernut butter tend to be more health-conscious, the choice to use Sunflower oil in this product confuses me. I believe Gourmanity might do well to at least research the possibility of swapping out sunflower oil for a healthier option.

This is the best tiger nut butter out there by far! It is creamy and smooth, unlike others that I have tried that are grainy. I returned the other brands for that reason. The picture that’s posted is a popular cookie l I call “tiger nut butter protein bites” for my cottage food business. This butter makes them extra delicious and nutritious!!! I bought another and I now need to order another jar, again.

If I was gauging the review on the product itself, it would be a four or five star, but even though it is good quality and good tasting, it is way too expensive or what it is.

This is yummy; somewhat runny but very good peanut butter substitute and better for you.

This tigernut butter is so creamy with a light sweet taste. It can be scooped out of the jar easily, it's not thick like peanut butter. Its simple ingredients fit perfectly into my Sibo diet.
