Lots of speed settings good quality, easy to move around, very relaxing and versatile, I only don’t like that it shakes my head too much so I keep trying to adjust where it’s just my body, but I like it.

Honestly you could go hunting for more expensive ones or fancier ones, but this one truly is powerful and nice enough to get the job done. It works very well. It increases my circulation and feels sturdy and of great quality. It can handle my weight very well 165 and it helps me to warm up for the day.

My whole family loves this exercise plate! I got one for my daughter and her family, one for myself and I also got one for my 82-year-old mother who lives with us. I use this every day.. my mother uses her twice a day 20 to 30 minutes each time. This exercise plate is great for blood flow, circulation, lymphatic, drainage and also shaking off the fat! Ha Ha! The quality of this exercise plate is exceptional ! I did a lot of research before deciding on this one. Highly recommend!

It's a little noisy depending where you put your weight on. Otherwise works well. 1 week use, at this time. Good product for the price.

This is the second unit we’ve bought. The first one was a gift for my parents last Christmas. They love it so much that I had to buy one for my wife and me. But it wasn’t until we were able to try out my parents’ vibration plate during our visit. This SoftGym vibration plate works so well and can feel the effects on my legs the first time I tried it. Took some getting used to. But once I got used to it, I was able to complete the 10 minute default timed exercise without any problems. I love that it has suction cups at the bottom to prevent it from sliding all over the floor and the platform itself is highly slip resistant. It had those button knobs that you step on that further helps with your foot court. It doesn’t weigh much so it’s pretty easy to move around the house, but you’ll have to release the suction cups’ pressure on all corners before you can lift it up. My wife is pretty light and I’m about 165 lbs. This vibration plate has no problems at all. It’s strong enough to carry both of us on it. Not advisable, but possible. As far as I know, my parents are still using theirs and there are 4 of them at their house using their SofGym vibration plate multiple times during the day. Highly recommended.

Works well so far. Helps with movement. I feel better when I have used it. I am not sure of the overall efficacy but it is easy to use and was easy to set up.

Has been helping minimize my lower back pain. Also helps my kids concentrate on focusing. They are more attentive and relaxed. Super easy to set up and use. Makes a great workout twice daily and helps circulation in my legs. I like how you can adjust speeds if your want stronger vibration or a gentle one.

I’m pleased with the unit. I’m only had it a week so I’m learning how to use it. At the moment I just get on it and let it shake my bones. What I’ve noticed is that it’s very calming. I got one that could fit up to I think 3 to 400 pounds which I’m nowhere near that but it’s a unit that several people in the family can use. I will eventually use some type of exercise regime with it but for now it’s just very relaxing and I’m glad I purchased one. It has several different speeds on it. It’s sturdy there’s so much variety that you can use this item for and it cannot be and is not my only mode of fitness but I’m glad I’ve added it to my practice.

No me gusta , en el nivel más bajo es terrible como vibra ... La he usado solo una vez , te destroza las rodillas. No la recomiendo ; una mala opción de compra .
