If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I purchased these as part of a gift for a friend's birthday, who adores Hotel Chocolat products - as do I. I was mortified when she sent me these photos once she had opened the chocolates, 4 days after I took delivery of them. Most certainly not the quality you would expect, and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I would usually purchase directly through Hotel Chocolat, but had run out of time - therefore this was a last minute purchase. Very seldom do I have issues with quality when ordering from Amazon or indeed, buying Hotel Chocolat products, but will not purchase these again - and quite frankly, made me feel nauseous just looking at the pictures. Amazon have given a refund, and were apologetic, but I would steer clear of buying these.
