An awesome supplement

I usually take magnesium before bed but I've never tried it in drink form. This hot chocolate is very tasty and has worked really well for my sleep patterns. I take it about an hour before bed and I've had really nice and restful sleeps.

Great product, helps with sleep and tastes great

This hot chocolate drink tasted nice enough but, disappointingly, didn't have a noticeable effect on my sleep and so I won't be buying again.

Having used other products from Awesome Supplements I was keen to try this as, like many, I don't sleep all that well. It's great tasting, easy to mix and have definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep and how I feel since using it regularly.

Hot chocolate should actually be made with milk not water. After trying this for extended periods, both flavours, ive watched my garmin and whoop metrics not change one bit, that includes my wife's. We are both very active and fit and technically should benefit from the claims. The taste of both, is actually quite good, not overly sweet and mixes well. Its just a shame the sleep claims dont hold up.

This product works, my sleep definitely improves the mights I have this. My whoop stats like it too! Tastes great too, I have it an hour before bed which works well. Will definately continue to purchase
