So, the dial is orange-sherbet / tangerine, depending on the way the light catches it. The face has a slight sunburst effect, but not too glaring on the eyes. Looks good, wears very light on the wrist. The strap is genuine leather, and the tang buckle is titanium to match the case, hence it is light in weight. At the second to last notch, the length of the strap is enough for my 7-3/4 at-the-knuckle wrist to wear like a bracelet. Comfortable to wear. For less than 200USD and a little more than 190USD, this Citizen time piece is an excellent buy. The bezel free-wheels, but stays in place on its own. Very nice time piece. Note : The first one I received from Amazon had a defect in that the second hand did not align with the outer tick marks - the stepper motor must be set properly at the factory. Quality control missed it. The replacement was perfect. So, if that bothers you (like it does me), then simply return for one that is accurate in that sense. btw, it keeps very accurate time, too! Would buy again, if I needed to. Addendum - Two more things : 1) The strap has quick-release spring bars, so it makes for an easy change out to another strap of one's choice. 2) The date window is relatively small, and best viewed at a slight angle (not straight on) - Citizen and other watch manufacturers sometime cram a lot onto the dial. This date window, while being small, is still readable under good lighting at a slight angle. :)

Some things I wasn’t expecting. The bezel is sometimes hard to read since it is simply etched in the metal. The bezel is bidirectional and doesn’t click in place, just smooth action. It’s not a screw down crown, only 100m water resistance. Sizing was a pain. The pin and collar are so small, should have just taken to a shop to size it. All that said, I love it. Beautiful orange and super lightweight, barely noticeable when wearing. I would buy again.

This is my first Citizen. I previously have mostly Seiko's and watches built from parts. Most of my other watches are automatics, but Quartz Solar just makes sense for daily use. The quality of this watch is excellent and no part of it looks or feels cheap. It's very light and just looks amazing. The price is very good and is a great value. The only thing I don't like is the blue seconds hand on a black dial. The hour and minute hands are bright. The hands aren't something you can change either. If the seconds hand was more visible and lumed it would be perfect.

The orange sunray dial of this watch is too much in your face. I expected it to be more even. Pros: 1) Eco-drive movement, 2) Sapphire crystal, 3) Titanium case, 4) Decent WR of 100 m, 4) Good universal size (40 mm), 5) Good readability (except for the date), 6) Reasonable lume, 7) Decent leather strap, 8) Reasonable price relative to the other color versions, especially those on a bracelet (I got a Black Friday deal). Cons: 1) The orange sunray dial is too much (some may like it, though), 2) The date window is too small, practically unreadable, 3) The crown is not of screw-down type, which may affect the watch's true water resistance. Overall: I am thinking of keeping this one. I will give it a score of 4, but it is closer to between 4 and 5.

Very comfortable due to its lite weight and great leather strap. The orange dial looks great and gives a perfect pop of color to keep your spirits up throughout the day. Having to never change a battery is also a huge plus.

I have a relatively small collection of watches including a few Swiss and mostly Japanese including Seiko and Casio. This watch will be my daily driver. To say it is light is an understatement. I opted for the leather band which is of superior quality and amazingly comfortable right out of the box. I was going to swap it out for a silicone which is my preferred, but I may stick with the leather for now and maybe swap later. We will see how well it keeps time, but right now I am just in awe.

Quality as I expected. I do believe this is a very accurate and well made titanium watch. Quality leather band, but I did purchase some other quick release bands of various materials.
