Great taste
Love these, our go to electrolytes. They aren't salty tasting like the other brands, they taste really good. Use them for beach and boating days and on hung over mornings as well.

As good as the big name brands
Have used many different brands of electrolytes and these are right near the top. These are great whether using after a workout, when sick, or just for daily hydration. The taste is good, not weak but also not overpowering or sour - a great blend. The value for the money is terrific. Many of the big name brands are a dollar or more per packet. Save your money and go with these.

TERRIBLE TASTE, AVOID THIS PRODUCT
If you value taste in your drink mix, DO NOT BUY. This tastes horrendous, I tried to mix it with another drink mix to see if I could make it more tolerable but no luck. This is an affront to the blue raspberry flavor.

Don't waste your money, even if it's $1
UPDATE: I got a refund from KEY NUTRIENTS on all my orders. They contacted me through the Amazon portal; not though email, so at least for me, they honored their 60-day guarantee, it just takes a while. Updated my review from 1-star to 3, but it still tastes terrible and I will not be buying again. Original review: Very nasty tasting stuff. I've bought from KEY NUTRIENTS before -- but it was the small tub. I tried these Electrolytes powder packets (Blue Raspberry) flavor and nearly gagged. Only one sip, before deciding to toss out the rest of the drink. I should have checked the recent reviews. Luckily, I only spent $5 on it, but unfortunately I bought multiple (since it was a massive savings over MSRP) and Amazon does not offer me any opportunity to refund since it's a food item. Also, that 60-Day Money Back Guarantee printed on the side of the box does not mean anything. I contacted them at that e-mail and I got no response. They will not honor any satisfaction issues -- very shady and deceptive.

Good choice for electrolytes, may spike blood glucose
The Good: The blue raspberry has a great flavor. It dissolves easily in cold water and stays mixed. The Bad: The flavored versions do have a glycemic effect. I notice a slight increase in blood glucose (20 mg/dL) after consuming this electrolyte mix. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the powder does include Dextrose and Maltodextrin, both of which have a high glycemic index.
