Does this Coffee arrived damaged and the bag split for everyone or have I been extremely unlucky on many occasions?

I have had this coffee sent to me at least 10 times now and it has never been damaged or the bag split. Comes in a bug box with paper padding around the coffee bag itself.

Does anyone know what grind setting to use with the sage barista express and union roasted revelation coffee beans?

On my sage I have it set to 14.perfect for a great cup of capacino.
