Good quality and does the job.
Made doing differential fluids much easier.

You'll never want to use a cheap hand pump ever again
God this thing is a LIFE SAVER - best money I have spent. The first time I did an 8HP service I used a cheap shampoo-bottle style hand pump that cost half what this one did and it literally took forever, was very stressful during the hot fill, and made a massive mess and got fluid all over me. My arm was killing me by the time I was done and I kept burning my hands on the exhaust. This thing? So much easier. Just fill, pressurize it, and let it do it's job from a distance. The little filler attachment it has is genius too, you can bend it around your exhaust or wherever else you need to hang it so you don't have to hold it in place the entire time

Easy to use
Worked great for flushing a 2018 Toyota Camry transmission.

Pump does the job.
Pretty sturdy unit but takes a while to build pressure. Due to sizing of the nozzle the flow is pretty slow. Pump is easy to use and would buy again.

Super easy to use and transfers fluid quick!
Used this to pump transmission fluid into my transmission, worked amazing, did leak a little out of the ball valve, more than likely because of the type of hose the use and I don’t believe ATF is its intended purpose, but for transferring fluids into hard to reach spots it does the trick and fast Only lost about 2-4oz of ATF after pumping 7 quarts in my transmission

Waste of $$
Leaked air. Did not work. Took 25 min to pump 500 times to get 1l fluid thru. Threw it away and bought a $10 garden sprayer at Walmart instead.

Makes a difficult job easy.
I used this to change the gear oil in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. It made the job much easier. The pump worked as it should with no leaks or problems. I used my own blue Teflon tape for assembly because that is what I like. It takes fewer wraps and seems to seal better than the white. The pump holds three quarts. I only needed to use two, so no refilling for me. I cleaned it out with some mineral spirits followed by soap and water after using it. The pump seems to be of good quality and should last for a few more jobs. Even if I don't use it again, the job I used it for would have been much more difficult without it. That made it worth the price (~$20) for me.

Works okay.
I bought 2 of these one for ATF and the other for Gear oil. I do like them for the most part. The only gripe I have is the ease of use. For the one used for ATF it works pretty quickly(ATF flows easier than gear oil), but after a month or so of use the line became very stiff. It still works and I use it occasionally when it would be nice. The one I use for gear oil works slower(gear oil is thicker), and is a little annoying because of that, as you have to constantly go back and pump up the pressure in the tank. Both of them leak at the valve handle(atf is worse). I don’t know how they would fair if I clean them out every time, but I work flat rate and don’t got that kinda time. Overall if you are an amateur just looking for something that will work. This will fit the bill. Otherwise(and what I’m planning on doing) maybe look at some options that you can connect compressed air to.
