This has never worked from the moment I hooked it up. I have a hose hooked to the DI side and the other side capped. The monitor on the unit reads O ppm. My independent meter reads 275 and it leaves spots on my car. The company's response is that they want video of the unit not working. My advice is to set your $500 on fire and save the aggravation.

This was exactly what we were looking for, easy install, easy use and product represents the description on the product.

Bought this for washing cars using a power washer. However after about 3 minutes of use one of the bypass tubes on the back of the system broke. Looks like it was just glued in. Called and was told that the system is not for use with power washers. Not sure if it's only the bypass version or both versions. They did send me a new manifold. They will not send another if it happens again. SOL because I bought it for foam canon and washing cars with power washer.

Editing my original review. I originally had cavitation issues with my Active 2.0 pressure washer, but that seems to have been resolved after letting the system saturate. Mostly working well. Would have been 5 stars if they had some mounting hardware and 1/2” pex for the bypass. For $500, seems like there were a few shortcuts.

The bypass broke and sprayed water everywhere before it even filled up for the first time.
