Arrived earlier than what it said on the order and in perfect condition. An incredible anime, I’d definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed this anime series though it is a bit weird.

I enjoy Serial Experiment's Lain anime, so wanted to own it in Blu-ray form. It includes a few fun extras such as trailers and creditless OP and ED. It got delivered quite promptly and I was able to start watching it on my Playstation.

Deffo worth a watch. I like the dark depiction of a world fraught with paranoia. Animation, voice acting, story is great

How does one defines what SE: Lain is? It is an early very experimental animated series. Which in USA/EU values would be called ART HOUSE. Because this is not DBZ, nor Akira, not Ghost in the Shell. This goes DEEP! It is, something else, in a good way. Psychedelic, deep, questioning reality, questioning values. And it is ancient. This is one of the special titles that is known by Anime fans as an oddity. But a worthy oddity. This is an Anime that makes you THINK. I don't suggest this for Movie Nights unless you are with a very specific crowd that loves DEEP movies. But if you want something that isn't just a cute little anime or action series. You might just want to meet LAIN. And it is worth owning on Blu-ray. Trust me. They don't make stuff like this ... this is trippy and good. And it sets something special. It stays in your memory even after you seen so many other Animated Series... this is so different.

Diese kurze Serie verwirrt den Zuschauer nicht weniger, als die Protagonistin selber. Inhaltlich, aber auch visuell. Aber das ist Teil des Erlebnisses, und wenn man nach Folge 10 den höchsten Grad des "Hä?" erreicht hat, sorgen die beiden letzten Folgen dafür, daß man zu einem "Aha!" Erlebnis kommt - und nochmal von vorne beginnt, weil sich vieles nun besser verstehen lässt. Optisch muß man berücksichtigen, daß das Werk ein Vierteljahrhundert alt ist - es kam kurz vor dem Film "Die Matrix" heraus, im vergangenen Jahrtausend, in den späten 1900er Jahren. Heute, mit VR und KI überall, vielleicht relevanter und prophetischer als noch vor 10 oder 20 Jahren. Gehört in jede ernsthafte Anime Sammlung und zu diesem Preis gibt es auch keine Entschuldigung dafür, daß Lain fehlt.

Great quality for a great show, works fine on my Australian blu ray player (which is to be expected since it is a Region B disc)

I wouldn’t recommend to people i know since not many people enjoy it so unless you really like cyber related things i would not recommend Its actually peak very much umazing
