I’ve been using this espresso machine regularly and I’m honestly very impressed with how well it performs. Having a built-in grinder makes a huge difference in both convenience and taste. Freshly ground beans really elevate the espresso, and the grinder is easy to adjust depending on the roast and strength you prefer. The machine consistently pulls smooth, rich shots with great crema, which is something I didn’t expect at this price point. The 58mm portafilter gives it a solid, professional feel, and everything about the machine feels sturdy and well-made. It heats up quickly and is ready to use without a long wait. The controls are intuitive, and even if you’re new to making espresso at home, it’s easy to learn after a few uses. The steam wand works very well and has plenty of power for frothing milk. I’ve been able to make creamy lattes and cappuccinos with good microfoam, and switching between brewing and steaming is fairly quick, which helps during busy mornings. The only minor downside is that the grinder is a bit on the louder side while it’s running, especially early in the morning. That said, it only runs for a short time and is absolutely expected for a built-in grinder, so it’s not a deal-breaker at all. Cleaning and maintenance are straightforward. The water tank and drip tray are removable, and wiping everything down after use is easy. It also comes with all the accessories you need to get started, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this is an excellent all-in-one espresso machine for anyone who wants café-quality drinks at home without spending a fortune. It looks great on the counter, performs reliably, and delivers consistently great results. I use it daily and would definitely recommend it.

This is so much nicer than I anticipated. It feels so fancy, and looks so nice on my counter, without taking up a ton of space and looking bulky. Everytime I use It I feel Like I’m in my own coffee shop. It’s high quality and is actually pretty heavy. I just Knew as soon as I got It out of the box that it was going to be niceeee. My coffee game has been taken up a level because of this. The whole process just feels so professional like I actually know what I’m doing. My espresso comes out nice, hot and smooth. You won’t find me in the coffee shops anymore thanks to this. If you want an espresso machine that feels boujee without a complicated learning curve, this is it!

I have had this espresso machine only a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with it. Its group head is a proffessionally sized 58mm and it has a 20 bar pump. Its built in grinder works well and the machine pulled very good shots right away using the suggested starting settings. If this is your first espresso machine you should know there is a learning curve to using them. If you are already experienced in using espresso machines then it will be much easier adjusting the details of the machine. The reason I gave it four out of five stars is I think the steamer could be stronger. The steam volume makes heating the milk take longer than it should. The tamper supplied is nice and heavy and is very good. The only nitpick with it is that the end you hold has a rounded end and I have a habit of placing the tamper upside down in between pulling shots and it topples over banging on my counter top because I forget out of habit from my other machines tamper. Nitpick but having a tamper that stands on either end is a small convenient detail. The milk frothing pitcher is a bit small and could be larger since it only allows a small portion of milk. I have a larger milk pitcher so I do not use the included one. In conclusion, the machine is very nice and a good buy at its price point. It pulls a very nice shot of coffee and is nicely styled so it looks good on the counter top.

This coffee machine is a no brainer, whether you’re buying it for yourself or as a gift it’s the perfect machine. Easy to clean and worth every penny.

Excellent quality and functionality for the price. Suggest buying a knock box, and a doser as they are not included. Makes Americanos with one button press. Grinder works consistently. Only complaint is errors on steam nozzle (easy fix by fully opening steam nozzle until error clears) but I dont have that issue with my breville machine. Performs on par with $700-$1000 machines. Not sure about longevity yet.

The hopper broke during normal use and the seller is not responding regarding replacement parts. I can’t find anywhere to purchase it. Edit: the seller responded and sent a really nice email. They shipped the replacement part at no charge and even included a little bonus item. We have enjoyed this coffee maker every day since we purchased it. No coffee anywhere else compares. We highly recommend it for the quality of the coffee it makes, quality of the machine and the aesthetics!

I was thrilled to receive this espresso machine as a birthday gift. Setup was simple, the instructions were clear, and my first day using it was fantastic. The espresso was excellent, and I was excited to continue using it. Unfortunately, by the second day, the machine began having serious issues with pressure and extraction. I followed all of the recommended troubleshooting steps—adjusting the beans, roast, freshness, grind size, dose, and tamping pressure—but nothing improved. I contacted both Amazon and the manufacturer, specifically requesting a phone call. Instead, I received a generic email advising me to troubleshoot again. After following up a second time and again requesting a call, I have received no further response. It’s incredibly disappointing that a machine with such a promising start failed so quickly, and the lack of customer support has only added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

This coffee machine was reviewed by #Lovealldesignco over a year ago, and that is where I first saw it. I loved the looks of it!! I reached out to see if she was still using it, and she said yes! She said it is still working great! We have been on the fence of going from our simple Keurig, to an espresso machine. When our Keurig went out after only 8 months, we decided to take the leap. There is a great tutorial from a guy on You Tube also that helped us make the setting up simple. It has been a week, and we are loving it!! My husband and son were also impressed with the quality, as my son has a Breville, which he loves also, but it much more expensive. This machine was 1/2 the price, and just as nice!!!
