I have collected the whole hardback set so far as I have started playing Minecraft. I find them vary helpful in getting me to understand the basics of various aspects of the game. The layout of the book is pleasing to the eye and easy to read. Not too wordy, and with plenty of pictures and diagrams to help you get the most from it. The information contained is enough to get you understanding what the game is about and how its various mechanics work, without getting too bogged down in technicalities and descriptions. These would be ideal for young children, but also helpful to us older ones. They are also made vary well, with a good hard cover and thick pages. I've got no clue, Lego was my thing when I was a young girl, as for games I'll stick to Dragon age and Deadpool :D

Great Guide Book on Farming in Minecraft

Essential reading for minecraft fans
Pretty much the same opinion for my last review Bought for my son, who loves this minecraft stuff :) he's really into it, and as much as I dislike the game, the guides are well written and well thought out, they inspire him to try and recreate, adapt and plan. OK for an overview, but not a good reference book.
Ok for a quick read and an overview, but didn't really seem to cover the practical aspects of farming in a survival minecraft world. It would have been nice for it to cover more of the basic mechanics of simple efficient farming, but it is not one of the minecraft books that we keep coming back to for more information as my son and I build creative and survival worlds.

I am an avid Minecraft player looking to expand my knowledge of farming. This book has wonderful information, and while it might not have everything up-to-date, it still has the basics.
