Originally ordered one set to try out the product. Order arrived sooner than expected. So easy to install. But when I extended the shade, it didn't go down all the way to the window sill. Contacted Customer service and was helped by Stephen. He very patiently took the time to walk me through, using the included remote, to adjust the length of the shade to the proper length. I was amazed how easy it was to adjust. The shade operates so smoothly and is very quiet. Totally blocks out the Arizona sun when I need it to. I was so pleased with this product that I just ordered two more sets for different windows. Jeff has a great company, great product, and outstanding staff. Order your shades from these guys and you will be both amazed and satisfied.

We have purchased 2 of these and are going to buy 2 more. We love them. The blackout feature for us was a must. And the remote control… don’t know why we didn’t get it sooner !

The setup instructions (particularly setting the pairing mode n the roller blind) was a little thin, but these work exactly as specified. The order was processed quickly and the sizing done exactly as requested. Be sure to order the color swatch set ahead of time to select the right shade color and pattern. Automation using Alexa app is a breeze. We've set ours to go down at a specified time each evening and come up with the "wake" word in the morning.

I like my new blackout roller shades, it completely block out the light, perfect for my bedrooms where I need darkness. The material feels durable and add a modern touch to the room. the blinds were very poor quality, of the 3 ordered; 2 were defective and 1 was the wrong size. Sent back for refund and they lied about returning my funds and amazon had to step in and use their a-z guarantee for me to get refunded. Bad company, bad product, bad customer service. Would not recommend.

These are great once you get through the ordering process. I did not want a fabric balance, I just wanted the standard valance so I did not select anything & nothing was sent. I’ve emailed with no response & so my blinds look unfinished & not sure what to do.
