Craps out after a few months
Worst earbuds ever. Left side just quit working after 5 months - wonโt keep a charge. Case doesnโt hold a charge well. Struggles to connect consistently. Drops connectivity at random. I bought these because I assumed new ownership would problem solve issues (I had these when they were under previous ownership). The only upside to these earbuds is they do fit my ear better than others. But do not worth the money

Most comfortable ear buds ever!
I love these ear buds so much, and they're the only in ear headphones I've ever been able to wear without pain. So, I am sad that they don't appear to be in active production anymore. I've had a pair of UE fits for the last few years but the battery in the left ear bud is going out so I decided to replace them. The custom fit earpiece is so amazing! Glad I could get a pair

Could have been better
The earbuds feel great once they from to your ear but the initial setup can't be done using the Logitech G Hub app on the computer. You NEED another device for the initial setup in the Logitech G Fits app on iPhone or iPad. The app Logitech uses isn't available on Android. The battery life isn't great. They die after 4 hours. The EQ is ONLY available on the mobile app. You can't make EQ changes in the G Hub app. You have to use the mobile G Fit app. For $79 it initially was a good value the that changed quickly. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone tbh. My wife has a pair of wireless JBL earbuds that she uses and the audio quality is great for it's price ($60). All in all don't buy the Logitech G Fits.

Needs a little patience
Setup took a while but are probably one of the best fitting earbuds on the market. Software might need a little configuring and restarting to start working properly and solving the low volume issue. Good build quality on buds but case feels plastic and cheap.

Best fitting earbuds
I love these earbuds, they are by far the best fitting. I've used Gfits for years and dissapointed they are being discontinued. The custom ear molding is a game changer. I think if they would have just added a few extras like noise canceling they would have sold better.

They should have worked out the other problems first. Lightforming is just a gimmick.
Flawed product. Know what you're getting into. Background: I have the Logitech G435 headset which also uses the Lightspeed connection the G Fit Earbuds use. I liked that headset's fast connection but I wanted to be able to keep one ear open and also just swap earbuds when the battery got low. Pros: -Latency. There's no noticeable audio delay like there is with normal bluetooth devices. -Magnetic. The earbuds will jump to the correct position if you get close enough. Good for not dropping them out on accident too. -UV forming. Helps hold them in your ear. But it's not something that really bothered me before. Cons: -Price. Expensive. I could have bought two G435s, cut one earphone off and swap those two for less hassle than these. -Battery life. They will not last the whole day at work. You will be swapping at least once to charge. -The setup requires a phone app and for some reason wants access to your location, which I don't trust when they say they "need" it to connect to your earbuds when their PC USB dongle doesn't. Most likely just data harvesting to sell or exploit. -Be careful pulling them out of your ear. Because of the tight fit sometimes the tip and the earbud separate and you might drop one or both if you aren't expecting it... and don't expect separate replacements from Logitech to be sold for this niche product. -Awful connections. Sometimes it connects quickly. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it drops and you have to try and return it to its case and play around with it to try and get it to reconnect manually. I have noticed that the USB port you connect the dongle to does affect it. Putting it on a hub with other USB devices can cause shorter ranges and more drops. I have 2 ports on the front of my PC case. Putting another device next to it noticeably affected it as well. -Bluetooth and USB fighting each other. I didn't understand why I couldn't get them to work on my PC and was about to return them when I turned the bluetooth off on my phone and it finally connected to the PC. You need to make sure that you disconnect the earbuds/make sure they don't auto connect/remove the g fits app off the phone once you are done using the lightforming feature.
