What's the difference with the 523 S ?

Never heard of the 523S. There was a 525S, the 725S is the updated version. The differences are the 525S has a conventional bulb light and a switchable 2 speed foot control Hi/Lo. The 725S has a single setting variable speed foot control and an LED light with more angular styling. Other than that they are the same.

Hi There is a removable sleeve which is shown in the image and by removing this it narrows the machime to allow you to sew cuffs and narrow circular items as they will fit over the machine
