Hi,Yes this can be used on carpets, the granules will pull moisture out of the carpet. But this pack is better suited to hard surfaces. For carpets and soft surfaces we have another UV Spill Kit which contains a spray designed to neutralize residue and odour. The spray will pull residue of the spill to the surface and form small granular balls which can then be hoovered. What is the absorbent material made from?

The absorbent granules are a natural biocide and super absorbent polymer. We do have COSHH sheets available if required, but I am unable to attach them to this response. Please send us a message for further details.
