Jamie Oliver Keep It Simple 3 Piece Essential Funky Knife Set

There are certain things in life that you can settle for average quality but kitchen knives aren't those. I probably have checked a couple of dozens for knives before deciding to buy these. Still I wasn't sure if it was the right choice as my only deciding factors for these were the price and the reviews. I wasn't happy with the colours (before they arrived) but noticed that they were a good value for money. Like the man himself, knives didn't let me down. They probably are the best knives you can get for that price range. Excellent quality and extremely sharp. And once I received those, I realised that the colours aren't bad either. If you are looking for a set of every day knives for less than 20 quid, these are the best your money can buy. I cannot recommend enough.

After leaving my usual cutting knife on holiday I had to invest in some new ones. I looked online & in various cataloges then I came across these by Jamie Oliver. Aftert reading the reviews I decided to get them and I am glad I did. They are very sharpe as stated in previous reviews so I have been careful & I've not cut myself yet, but my brother has several times even after being warned they were sharp. They are easy to use extremely easy to cut through food and I would highly recommend them. Also easy to spot in the cutlery darwer & these were the cheapest I could find them and are much cheaper than the knives I was going to purchase. Highly recommended....

I’ve had a set of these about 5 years ago but lost them when moving these are top quality knife and last for years and years they sharpen really well and stay sharp for a good while too they look stylish and feel great to use they cut through tough things like butter and I would always have a set of these in my kitchen I know they are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for with these to quality top product and service

As you can see from the images, this knife set is of the funky variety, so if your kitchen utensils are of a standard colour scheme you might find yourself wondering where to put these brightly coloured knives. If thats not an issue, then i would highly recommend this set as they are well built and feel solid. They are sharp enough for most tasks but not on the level of my santoku knife set which are my preferred tools for every task. The problem with the very sharp sontoku set is exactly that, they are very sharp, so if you are not confident in your knife skills or prone to 'slipping' while chopping this jamie oliver set is ideal. With this set, you get the slice, dice and chop but in reality you can interchange them and use them for whatever you like. I regularly use the slice (serrated) as a spare steak knife. Be aware though, that the colour on the knives is nothing more than paint, so the more you use and wash them the more likely the colour starts to come of in places giving it a somewhat dirty scratched look. This is the only reason I would knock a star off

These knives are excellent. Good quality and they are very sharp. I like the bright colours too. I would recommend these to anyone who enjoys cooking as they make slicing and dicing so much simpler. A good buy as I got them at a reduced price but they would still be worth full price as they do what it says on the box!!

These look great and are very sharp and easy to use. Bought this set to replace the same set from 6 years ago - which were no longer sharp, despite using a sharpening tool. Cheap enough to replace but they do not last forever.

I was shocked at how well I could chop Onions n such with these bad boys. They have put my old knifes to shame. I highly recommend this product, especially considering the low price. Just watch out guys n girls, these are super sharp! Touch your skin and you are cut with hardly any pressure, be careful!

These are extremely sharp and of good quality. The non stick coating is a bonus when cutting and chopping all those foods that normally stick to the knife surfaces. Used daily and still sharp (December to May) so not able to report on whether the surface of the blade will lose the non stick when sharpened with a steel. Would recommend using these on a wooden chopping board rather than a ceramic or glass one in order to keep them sharp.

These knives are a must have. Really sharp but so comfortable to use, don’t know how I’ve survived without them

Handlich und praktisch, verlieren leider jedoch nach einiger Zeit jedoch die Farbe. Unschön wenn sie dann am Brötchen o.ä. klebt...

Super Messer sind extrem scharf und einfach ein Hingucker in der Küche mir wurde zwar statt dem blauen messer ein grünes geschickt gefällt mir aber trotzdem sehr gut. Für diesen preis wirklich ein Schnäppchen und weiter zu empfehlen!
