I used to do jump rope performances/info skill workshops and have used a lot of jump ropes before- for the price, this is a good jump rope! It’s smooth, and light weight, but not TOO lightweight that you can’t get speed going. While it has been many years since my jump roping days, I was still able to pull off some tricks, and what I couldn’t… was not because of the rope! I really like that I can adjust the length, too! So important to have the correct size.

Started using this jump rope recently. It is pretty lightweight and easy to use. The length of the rope is perfect and for shorter girls, it has an adjustable feature which is super convenient. The material seems to be pretty strong and durable but please be careful because this type of material can hurt and leave a mark on your skin/body. I love starting of my workouts with the jump rope, it is a great way to get your cardio in. I highly recommend getting it!!💪🏽🔥

Perfect for any size!
It is wonderful! I’m a little on the short side sothe fact I can cut it, and make it my length is perfect! It feels comfortable in my hands, and swings just right, I’d say it’s perfect weight!
