Very happy with this item. Super easy to clean and the ease of filling is amazing. It’s very quiet and functions perfect. I feel like the water capacity is very high, which doesn’t have us filling it all the time. I did add a device that lowers the amount of Deposits in the tank to reduce the amount that I have to clean it. That was the only thing that I did not like, but I believe those cost so little it was absolutely worth it to save me time. Also, the light added a nice touch.

I really like this humidifier because you have a couple choices for how you can fill it. You can take the lid off and lift the reservoir out with the handle to take it to the sink and fill it (like filling a bucket, NOT flipping it upside down), you can leave the lid on and fill it through the lid, or you can take the lid off and pour straight into the reservoir. If you decide to fill it through the lid, it is a little bit annoying because you have to pour very slowly. Otherwise the water comes swirling out and over the edge of the lid. I like that it’s a large capacity so it can last almost a full day on the high setting. I like the blue light that you can have on or off while it’s running. Really my only complaint, which isn’t a big deal, but could be solved with a slight redesign, is that the lid has a slot for the center column to line up with when you put it back on and it’s kinda hard to get it lined up. You just have to wiggle it around and mess with it for a moment to get it back on. It’s really not a big deal, but I’m sure it could be Resolved and then this would be literally a perfect humidifier. I did try to use the slot designated to put essential oils in, but I couldn’t smell the oil at all. That’s not why I bought the humidifier so to me it’s not a big issue.

Love this humidifier, it really works great! It makes no noise except a few bubbles here and there and its super easy to clean.

I got this because I had my tonsils out. I'm thankful that it's so powerful because I feel like I couldn't survive without it! I love the essential oil slot. I added butterscotch, and it really helped uplift my mood. It was much quieter than my other humidifier by Everlasting Comfort. It also helped my partner stop snoring! It holds a lot of water, about 1.5 gallons. Do not fill over the handles! I learned my lesson. It's really easy to use; basically, fill it and turn the knob! Super user-friendly. I enjoy that the mist is cool and it doesn't stink (of course, that comes with water quality). If I have to purchase another one, I'll be sure to buy one from Chivalz!

Been using this for over a year now. It's nice and quiet and easy to use in general. Fill up the tank with water and turn it on. With a full tank, it can run at least a whole day on full blast. However, my main complaint is that it's not easy to clean. The "chimney" for the water vapor is not straight. There is one area where there's a 90° bend and it's so hard to clean that area because there's a restriction to it as well. You definitely need bottle cleaners for this. And even then, you'll still probably need to get a sponge or paper towels and your fingers to really get in there. The vapor spreader at the top is also annoying to clean. There's an internal space within the vapor spreader that's hard to clean out. It's a dark and moist area so, as you can imagine, it's a prime place for bad things to grow. I found it easier to just dunk the spreader in vinegar (to remove hard water deposits), followed by letting it sit in a bath of then water+bleach to actually kill growth. I have another humidifier that's way easier to clean because it doesn't have these weird recessed, relatively inaccessible areas. I will mention one other thing: repairability. The original small blower fan on my humidifier died. Even though I used the humidifier a lot, I was still surprised the fan died that soon. At least it was pretty easy to replace. You can find similar, if not exact, fans here on Amazon. Just make sure the polarity of the connector is right (you can reverse this manually if needed). Lastly, and this is a problem with all of these ultrasonic humidifiers: prepare for everything in your place to be coated in a fine white powder/dust. If you use hard water, anyway. It's just mineral naturally present in hard water. There are liquid drops or small essentially water softening tablets or capsules (look around on Amazon) you can use to reduce this side effect. Or just use distilled water only.

The humidifier works fine. I also purchased diffusers to go with the humidifier. I followed the cleaning instructions and there are spots all over the inside of the machine. I am very disappointed!

Rating- 3/5 stars While this looks pretty, it is not user friendly when trying to clean. You cannot get into all of the spaces and you cannot open certain areas. Initially, was happy with this product. It sits nicely, the light is optional and it is quiet. I have been able to fill it and it lasts for a couple of days. Cleaning initially was not a problem until I got some pink mildew growing in it. To clarify, I have only used filtered water, no additives, no oils. When I went do a hard clean, it was really difficult to get into the nooks and crannies especially vapor canal. The piece does not come off nor does the very top piece for positioning. The design was not made to be user friendly for all parts. If you are not able to stay up on proper cleaning, this is not the product for you.

Used it a couple of times now, it worked great. Felt like i could breathe so much better in the morning. Make sure to wash it before use.

This was a game chnager for the apartment.

Product is good, easy-to-use, effective, quiet. Only downside is there are no numbers to indicate humidity levels it's a guessing game as dial is blank.

Excellent

I used this product for 3 months last winter, emptied it and stored it until today. And it is completely broken. It won't even turn on. This unit was over $70 and it only worked for 3 months and there's no way to contact support for the item.
