Great cable and incredibly helpful customer service
Initially had an issue with flicker, but the manufacturer was incredibly helpful and sent out a replacement the next day, no questions asked. No issues with the replacement. Supports full RGB at 4k 144hz and no hiccups

Cable good, customer support even better
This cable is great, I managed to hook up my pc to the tv on the other side of the room… until it started artifacting and disconnecting after a few minutes of use. So the cable was shot. Instead of returning the cable because that would be out of the way, I heard their customer support was great, so I sent out an email and after responding to their initial response, zero hesitation they sent out a new one and it came the next day. Replacement 100% works. 10/10 cable and customer support. Maybe not so much the first cable. Would order from them again knowing they stand by their warranty

Failed after six months.
Worked great for 6 months, and then failed miserably. No picture, and seemed to be sending weird signals to my amp. Put a different cable in and all problems were fixed. Very disappointing as I'd run this thing through a wall.

Great product: worked like high-end Belkin Apple-certified cable
My old Apple-certified Belkin cable broke due to me moving the TV so I was finding a replacement. This one looked good and it is, indeed, good. It's good even with bandwidth-sensitive AppleTV. It's a big pipe and had no issue with high-bandwidth transmissions. One thing, though, during installation, make sure you read the label on each end of the cable {Source, Display}. The cable is one-directional ONLY, so it needs to be connected correctly or it will not work.

Started great but deteriorating slowly
Updated to 3 stars. Company reached out and offered a full refund. I bought a replacement cable and had similar issues, despite being directly plugged into the receiver and the projector. Right now it shows weak signal but works, same as the old cable. Hopefully it doesn't degrade like the last one. Original: Item worked great for the first month I had it. Within the last few days, the signal seems to have gotten weaker. First it started with display issues on the projector, and I had to downgrade the HDMI port from enhanced to standard. Now every few minutes I get a brief black screen. For the money spend on this cable, didn't expect to have so many issues with it. The most recent development is now I have to reboot my input device to get the image to show. I have the image split to the projector and another monitor, the monitor works fine with no signal issues, just the projector seems to be the issue with this cable. Using the Visionmaster Pro 2 projector

Did not work for me
**Update, although the cable wire turned out to be useless to me in my Denon setup, customer service is top tier. They definitely look out for their customers and for that deserve a high rating! Bought this HDMI cable thinking it was top quality based on description and price however after a month using it, I got sick of the random audio dropouts every time I would watch tv. Had to pay a tech guy to come and check out my setup (Samsung TV to Denon receiver) and quickly mentioned the one directional HDMI cable was my issue with the audio dropouts. I switched over to a regular HDMI and what do you know….no more audio dropouts. Now it’s too late to return so money down the drain.

EXCELLENT CABLE
Ce cable fonctionne parfaitement. D'une longueur de 15 mètres, l'image est parfaite en 4k. Le cable est assez souple pour être inséré dans des gaines électriques. parfait. je recommande vivement.

Great Cable Performance, Minor Static Issue Likely from My PC
No issues so far. The cable works perfectly. I’ll update if anything changes. The only thing I noticed is that when the source is connected to the PC, I sometimes experience static discharges and get a shock when touching the destination side. This could be an issue with my GPU and may not be the cable’s fault.

Doesn't work.
PC will not boot when this is plugged in. Works fine with the other HDMI cable to the same device.

Black screen issues finally resolved
I have tried dozens of hdmi cables at 4k 165hz with my LG G5. All of them gave me a black screen issue. Some people recommended me this cable. The first one I got had also a black screen issue, but Ruipro support immediately resolved this issue by sending a new one. I never expected to receive any kind of support for a hdmi cable. Will gladly buy from them again.

Finally, a 15m Cable That Actually Hits 4K/120Hz Without Flickering
If you’ve tried running a standard copper HDMI cable over 5 metres for a PS5, Xbox Series X, or an RTX 40-series PC, you know the nightmare: signal dropouts, "sparkles" on the screen, or the dreaded "No Signal" message. After wasting money on "Premium" copper cables that couldn't handle the 48Gbps bandwidth, I bit the bullet on this RUIPRO Fiber Optic 15m version. It is worth every penny. Performance: The 48Gbps Acid Test I ran this from a PC in my office through the ceiling to an LG OLED in the lounge. The Results: It handles 4K@120Hz with HDR10+ and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) perfectly. I’ve had zero flickering or black screens, which is common with cheaper cables at this length. eARC Support: Plugged into my Sonos ARC, it passes Dolby Atmos (TrueHD) without any sync issues or lag. Latency: Since it uses light (Fiber) rather than electricity (Copper) for the data, there is effectively zero lag. For competitive gaming, it feels identical to a 1m cable. Build & Installation (Crucial Note!) The cable is surprisingly thin and flexible—much easier to snake through conduit than the thick, stiff "braided" copper cables. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a directional cable. One end is marked "Source" (goes into your PC/Console) and the other is marked "Display" (goes into your TV/Projector). If you pull 15 metres of cable through a wall backwards, it will not work. Check the labels twice! Why Fiber? At 15 metres, copper cables suffer from massive signal degradation. Fiber optic converts the electrical signal to light, meaning you get the exact same bit-perfect quality at 15m as you would at 1m. It’s also immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI), so you can run it near power cables without getting screen noise. Final Verdict Pros: Guaranteed 48Gbps at long lengths; incredibly thin and easy to hide; full support for HDMI 2.1 features (VRR, ALLM, eARC). Cons: Expensive compared to copper; directional (don't plug it in backwards!). It’s an "install and forget" bit of kit. If you are setting up a high-end home theatre or a long-distance gaming rig, don't risk a cheaper cable
