Fantastic Lock, Professional Installation Required
This smart lock is an excellent choice with plenty of features to make life easier. However, I strongly recommend opting for the installation service. It requires some carpentry work to set it up properly, and it's not something you want to tackle on your own unless you're very experienced. Once installed, it's been working flawlessly for me and lives up to its promise of reliability and convenience... so far Just be careful when closing the door while it's open, if you accidentally touch the lock panel, the lock will activate, and you'll need to unlock it before fully closing the door

Installation Manual umavailable
Item is working good. Packaging was perfect. Delivery is on time. I suggest that they should atleast add an Installation Manual , QR Code that will direct to a weblink for more information such as app to use the smart lock, installation steps, tools, how to activate lock ir nmc.

The door fit out is not universal and not easy to operate

Battery finished in a week and So complicated to operate still haven’t been able to figure it out. And this is not the first lock I’m using, I have 8 others from a different company those one are really user friendly but this ain’t. Ordered it by mistake
