I do 1 scoop instead of the suggested 2. I love the ingredient blend but I try to avoid doses higher than 200mg at one time. With that being said, I feel GREAT during my workout after taking this. I feel laser-focused, my lifts are noticeably heavier, and I find myself sweating more using this compared to regular pre-workout. You don’t get the tingle/burning in your face as there is no Beta Alanine. No jitters either. The Cherry Bomb flavor is delicious. It genuinely tastes like melted cherry Italian Ice. Most cherry or berry flavored pre-workouts have a medicinal tinge. Not this one! Straight-up cherry popsicle.

I was looking for a preworkout without beta alanine and found this. I appreciate the no beta alanine as it's hard to find a preworkout without it. The thermogenics really work, I sweat way more and you can feel heat coming off my skin. It makes me go to the bathroom about 15-20 mins after drinking it everytime, but after that my stomach is fine. I don't notice as much energy as some other preworkouts I've tried despite it having 400mg of caffiene. It also makes me get extremely dizzy especially if I lay down even after 4 hours after taking it. I'm not sure what ingredient is causing that as I have never had that experience with any other preworkout. The cherry flavor is very good! I'm going to finish the can, but after will probably try something else.

So far it’s great, gives me energy and pump. Taste isn’t bad, no jitters.

This stuff is great! I'm able to get a tough workout in with extra energy for better endurance. I don't feel jittery and the taste is decent. This definitely is a staple for my workouts.

My favorite in the line was nitrosurge black, which was discontinued. I tried one scoop of this on an empty stomach. 12 mins in I noticed a slight state change. I was tired and my mood kind of rose and the focus increased a bit. At 15 mins I noticed an increase in my pace of movement. I was hungry before this and I was hoping for some appetite suppression. If anything it took the edge off the hunger. This is not a hardcore stim pre. Maybe at 2 scoops. I only need one scoop and it’s perfect since I don’t like high stim. This would be a good just right daily pre at 1 scoop and if you really need a boost I think 2 scoops would get you there.

THEN I THOUGHT MAYBE ITS WAS BECAUSECE I WAS TAKING IT WITH PROTEIN POWDER. I THEN TRIED IT ON A EMPTY STOMACH AND STILL NOTHING.. 🚩IDK MAYBE IT WAS JUST THIS CONTAINER🚩 ILL GIVE THEM ONE MORE TRY BUT THATS IT

Flavor takes some getting used to but the preworkout is clean and consistent with all of the JF products.
