INJORA IR60 Pickup Hard Body Shell for 1/18 TRX4M Defender Bronco (Black)

I like how this is molded in colored plastic and not painted. Other Injora shells are molded in white plastic and painted, and the paint will rub off. I have not noticed that to be the case with this. I also love the small details, such as the rear view mirrors. On my Bronco, the mirrors were the first thing to break off. With this, the mirrors are a soft rubbery material that snap into place. You wont have to worry about them breaking off after rolling over. I also had it paired it with the Meus 2 speed transmission. With a Injora 11kg servo for the shifting servo, it is a tight fit. It has some slight interference with the interior window, which could safely be cut out to provide the 1mm of space required without impacting the structure or aesthetics of the shell. I ended up swapping it out to put the 2 speed transmission on another truck and put the INJORA Battery ESC Receiver Tray Double Decker Carbon Fiber Plate in. On that note, it pairs VERY will with the INJORA Battery ESC Receiver Tray Double Decker Carbon Fiber Plate. This tray setup allows the truck to have a 3S battery, and the esc tray is right at window level of the shell, so it would be perfect for an FPV camera! It's like that tray was meant for this body (and possible the IR40 body as well).

Great looking truck and less brittle than the ir40. Weight is about the same as the others out there just less fender flare to worry about. Putting it together was fine except for the front clip mount, that had to be installed upside down to make it click in place. Fits both the trx4m, and injora frames. Hopefully in the future, they make the mounts and hinges in aluminum as a suggested purchase for trx4m and injora rcs.

Love this body on my ascent 18 brushless. Its not made for it so it took some fabrication but well worth it.

This IR60 body by Injora is absolutely amazing love the look love the quality of the plastic assembly was super easy and it mounted perfect on my Redcat Ascent 18 and can't beat a hard body for the price definitely worth the money thinking of getting another one

Body is high quality, instructions are a little difficult since screws are not labeled. Took longer to put together than expected. Recommend to use an electric Allen wrench. Also provided front bumper did not work on stock defender chassis. Had to use stock one for the body clip. Otherwise would have given a full 5 stars.

Absolutely love the Toyota body. It’s sturdy and detailed well. The only thing that I’d say is a bummer on my part, is that I had ordered the Red/White and assuming I’d get the silver grill options as shown. They had sent me the pearl white grills from another set🥲. So now we hit the RC shop for paint

Honestly this things underrated. I took off my bronco shell on my TRX4M and I haven’t looked back. The turning radius is better and I don’t have to trim anything to fit my Injora72mm Kling-Ons. The other reason I love it is when I convert my 4M to 4ws it looks like I won’t need another shell.

This is a great little build, easy to put together and install on the bronco/defender chassis or the lcg chassis.
