Quality product

Proper gasket for this pressure cooker
This is the right gasket for the Fissler 5 Qt. Pressure Cooker I have. The one I replaced had become thick through use, pointing out the necessity of replacing them when needed. It had become difficult to close the lid. I love this pressure cooker and plan to have it for decades to come so replacing the gasket is good maintenance strategy so the pot works properly.

Great replacement gasket
Ordered 2 of these to replace the old gaskets on our 2.6 quart and 6.3 quart VITAQUICK pressure cookers (they use the same size and style lids). I do not own a Vitavit pressure cooker so I do not know if these rings fit that model. Otherwise, these are OEM rings that hold up well.

Exact Replacemnt for OEM Gasket
Expensive, but it is the correct factory replacement part, at least it was in my case. My 6 liter Fissler cooker is functioning well again, no issues.

Does not fit.
Possible reason is wrong asin tag that clearly states the smaller 8.7 inch but the actual item received is the larger 10 + inch one (26 cm).

Looks good to me
The one I received was a perfect fit. Compared to the original equipment, it had all the same numbers, imprints, codes and such on the inside and outside of the seal. I examined it thoroughly.
