Comfort, Functional and Excellent Customer Service
Convertible ottoman is of superior quality and comfort. I cannot stress enough how functional and comfortable this ottoman is. It can be used as an entertainment/gaming type chair, a comfy bed and is the perfect height for a footstool. The adjustable back is perfect for any reclining position. When not in use, it’s fits nicely in a corner to serve as an accent piece. The customer service has also been excellent; I was pleasantly surprised by their timely responsiveness and understanding. To no fault of the seller, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. After reporting to FedEx, I contacted the seller, and we mutually agreed to await a response from FeEx. Finally, after days of back and forth with FedEx, the seller felt it would be best to send a replacement product. The replacement ottoman arrived in a timely manner, and I could not be happier with my purchase and their superior customer service. Will definitely buy again from this seller.

Exactly what I was looking for!!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I did a lot of searching and finally settled on this one and I am glad I did. It came 3 days earlier than scheduled and it came already assembled. It was so easy to set up. It’s firm but still has some softness to it to be comfortable. I love it!

Very nice!
I placed this ottoman against my love seat in my small house. It makes the perfect L shaped sitting area now. I specifically purchased this for me to sleep on when my adult sons come to visit so they can have the bedroom with the large bed. The ottoman looks great and is comfortable enough to sleep on for a few days. I use it daily to put my feet up and it's large enough that I can also place a wooden tray on top to set my cup of tea

Functional and stylish
Great space saver if you have a small bedroom. I bought this for when I have guest stay overnight. Firm in comfort, and ease in assembling.

Not what I ordered
It is nice and what I needed, but I ordered the light grey and received the dark grey. I don't like dark colors. They show every spec of dirt. It is firm and will be suitable for unexpected visitors.
