Unacceptable Quality and No Customer Support
I’m very disappointed with this order. The products I received appear to be used, not new as expected. There was also gel leakage in the packaging, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the weights are incorrect—these were supposed to be 220g each, but one item is only 125g and another is around 200g. This raises serious concerns about quality control and authenticity. The most frustrating part is that the replacement request is not being accepted, and there’s no proper way to connect with customer service to resolve this issue. It feels like customers are being left with no support after receiving defective products. Restricting users from reporting or resolving such problems is not an ethical practice. Overall, this has been a very poor experience and feels like a waste of money. This order does not even deserve 1 star.

Cleanse without drying
This stuff foams up a bit and then leaves you feeling really clean but not dry and I have a lot of skin issues. One of the best cleaners I’ve ever used and only ten bucks !!?
