Good and reliable product, trims unwanted hairs amicably without any damage to skin. Using this trimer since last 2 years, now again bought this to gift my brother. Use less power, just put Pencil cell and forget for months with regular usage. Value for the money, style is nice, overall must have item for your grooming kit.

There are 2 common nose trimmer head option available today. Rotary and Side action. After lots of research, I found rotary head is more comfortable, safe and precision one 【Pros】 ● Excellent and premium build quality ● Waterproof head ● Brought this on Jan 2017, and still (Oct 2019) work like a charm 【Cons】 ● Not rechargeable. Cheaper AA batteries reduce the rotation power of the motor quickly. Suggeting Duracell AA batteries. I'm using SORBO 1.5V AA USB rechargeable battery. ◆◆ If you don't have a trimmer or shaver, then buy a All in One grooming kit. You can save some money. I brought this 1yr after Philips Trimmer. My review of this product (model ER417K) is a comparative with another Panasonic model (Model ER430K) which is also available https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B000FYVOJC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I bought the ER430K in 2014 from Amazon and I was very very happy with it, until it slipped out of my grip, fell down and stopped working. So I thought I would purchase the less priced model ER417K - I was absolutely appalled by the quality and functionality. The thing doesn't do the basic stuff its meant for ! I will have to purchase the more priced model ER430K again :(, if repairing doesn't work. But please don't buy this model ER417K - You will be disappointed! Pros- 1. Compact sized than the ER430K 2. Lighter than the ER430K (smaller form factor) 3. 3 times cheaper than ER430K Cons- 1. There is something wrong with the blades (White colored head), looks like someone replaced the original with this white color thingy. See picture of this model and the ER430K which I used for the last 4 years! The white color head with blades is too deep inside the body that it doesn't make any cut or let alone trap any hair to shave off ! 2. It doesn't come with any case or cover. This is not the case with ER430K. ER430K comes with a velvet cloth. 3. Doesn't have vacuum to suck the cut hair. ER430K did have a vacuum built-in 4. This product is non-returnable for a refund. Only replacements are allowed as per policy - Compelling reasons why you should not experiment with this model! Planning to go for Panasonic ER GN30K - also available with Amazon. but may end up buying my model ER430K even if I have to pay more! In conclusion - Please buy this product only at your own risk ! You have been warned !
