Pricey, It is a memory foam and that comfort can be felt (that getting absorbed into feeling). Comes along with a cover Like in the picture two different heights I am skeptical about the pain relief thing but, it certainly cushions your neck. Some reviews expressed bad smell and all but so far I haven’t experienced such ordeal.

I have never bought a pillow this expensive ever. But I was tempted to buy this one looking at the benefits it said to provide and also the reviews. I am happy I did. I have been using this pillow continuously now for two months or so. I love it. It supports my neck at the right angle. Earlier i used to get up with stiffness and pain all over the body, especially the joints -- i knew that was happening because of some sleeping position that was causing discomfort and lack of blood flow by putting pressure on some spinal and cervical nerves somewhere. Now that is gone -- i get up feeling refreshed and without initial stiffness. I did not experience any issues with chemical odor from the pillow. Only improvement is that I I wish the pillow came with an extra cover for replacement during washing. That would be a thoughtful gesture, on behalf of the company especially since this shape pillow covers are unavailable in the market.

This is a very pathetic pillow. My wife developed shoulder spasm while using this pillow. We didn’t realise the root cause. I started using the pillow. Now I also have the same shoulder spasm. Only common factor is this pathetic pillow. Worthless buy.

Gives good relief from pain caused by a stiff neck and also in case of spondylosis. Provides support and helps in getting a good quality sleep. Very much recommended!

The curves shown in the pics on the Amazon product page are barely visible. This pillow did not bring any great relief from neck pain. For the price, I expected a lot better.

Overall Product is decent, but after using for a month noticed that the from top cover layers of threads and its getting on to the face, which is causing inconvenience.

Exceptionally comfortable pillow. My wife was suffering severe neck pain due to bad sleeping posture and over soft pillows. I had ordered this for her just to test if it works. Within 2 days of using this pillow, her neck pain was completely healed. And within a week i had ordered another one for myself. If you have pain or discomfort due to sleeping posture or bad pillows and NOT due to underlying medical conditions, i would recommend this pillow. It also seems to provide a better sleeping posture for your head.
