Best quality xanthan gum I ever tried and used
If you are a baker or a dermat who like formulation I would say go ahead with this one it's really the best compared to most of the xanthan gum that are available in the market.

Use little quantities like quarter of a spoon don't put 1 spoon it will turn the mixture into a gum.
Best investment made so far makes smoothies thicker turns cold cofee thick without need off putting ice cream makes bread fluffier and helps to make ice cream with only milk.
