Not stiff
This plumber's putty was easy to use. Was not stiff to the point where it would crumble. I could roll it like a "snake" with no problem and placed it where I needed it, around the underside of the black base where the faucet sits.

Delivery Took longer than expected.
Worked as expected. No difference between getting it via Amazon or at home Depot, same product. It's just the convenience of delivering to my doorstep since I can't drive any longer.

Its ok?
Its ok putty better going to home depot and getting it, will do in a pinch but the plastic tote will be crushed due to air pressure from shipping.
