You cannot lock the keyboard but cause of its grip its very unlikely to fall down. Hope this helps ^_^

It has 5 locking point means have whole to adjust but you can drill it to adjust at any height .

Q: The stand seems locked. Have tried with the middle screw but its also jammed. How to open it?

Try pushing the middle screw from the inner part of the closed stand and pull the outer part (of the screw) simultaneously. With a little force it will get free!
