Using ON Aminos for several years. It's an amazing product, providing good hydration and energy throughout workout or jogging. Must buy for fitness freaks or even healthy adults as hydration supplement.

Great for muscle recovery after workout. But it won't build muscle on it's own, need to combine with good protein diet for that. Also good option for replacing sugared drinks/fruit juice if you have cravings for them. This is at least sugar free and gives a slight caffeine kik. Taste is awesome, doesn't feel much like a suppliment. Thats what the premium price is for. I have tried orange and pineapple flavour, both are good. I liked pineapple more as it feels more natural but availability for that lesser. Hope more flavours will be available in future.

This is my replacement for all soft drinks/cofee. Wakes me up from afternoon slumber. Using just 1 scoop is enough for that. Not gonna use it as pre- or post-workout drink. Not an essential product to buy for muscle gain. There are better options for that(whey protein.. & whole food is always better.. eggs, chicken breast, even soy). Lots of myths around this concept of pre- & post-workout meal/supplements. People seem to think ingredients in their post-workout meal is directly going to their muscle. Doesn't work exactly like that.

This is a great product, it offers me alot of extra energy and helps me to recover after an intense work out. I drink this before I work out and after to help me get through the work out and to recover quickly.

U received this product on 26 dec but I accidentally opened it . I selected pineapple flavour but it’s bitter and no signs of pineapple main then i checked it’s authenticity it’s not authentic. I am very unhappy about this product and very doubtful about this product quality. I don’t know should i use it or no..

Very good taste. Easy to mix. Refreshing. It gives a boost to your workout for sure. You dont feel exhausted during the workout. Although, avoid it if you are limiting your caffeine intake as it has got loads of it.

I love this product. I take it before my morning work outs. I usually always buy watermelon because it tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher. So good. But this last time I decided to order pineapple. Not very fond of the flavor. The consistency is thick. I always try to change and then end up not liking it. So I’m going to stick with what I know. But other than the flavor I bought, this gives me the energy I need. I use 3 scoops in the morning which is enough for me. Then if I need a boost in the afternoon I’ll drink some more. But overall I’m satisfied with this pre workout. 👍🏽

ON is quickly becoming my go to brand for my workout and fitness! I have five of the Amino Energy now and I love them all! The grape with collagen is the one I like mixing with others to combine flavors since I am not a huge grape person. It still tastes really good though and I love the added benefit of the collagen. Strawberry burst tastes exactly like a pink starburst. It is so good! I love using this before and during my workout. Cotton Candy smells exactly like cotton candy. It has a blueberry cotton candy flavor. I really like it! Watermelon is ok for a pre, but I am not a huge fan of the flavor to sip on but it is more my flavor profile liking. It still tastes amazing! Pineapple is really good too. It is more subtle with the flavoring than some of the others. I have also dry scooped some of these for a pre-workout. I like them both ways! I do not think you can go wrong with taste on any of them!

The first 2-3 times, I followed the recommended 2 scoop serving and it was honestly not enough to get me through my workout. I go to Barry's Bootcamp, and 30 min. of the class requires running at different inclines and SPRINTING. After 2 scoops, I was easily exhausted and struggling through my runs-- something I had not experienced since the days when I used to take nothing. I've started taking 3 scoops and WOW what a difference. Not only am I making it through the cardio, but I'm constantly setting new PRs and am able to hold sprints longer. I'm honestly just so amazed at how much this pre-workout has improved the quality of my exercise. I've also always wanted to start taking BCAAs, so this was a 2 for 1 deal for me. Can't really tell if it's done anything for my muscle definition (I'm a really lean lady in my mid-20s), so I'll wait a few months and see how it goes. But so far I really love this stuff. Pineapple flavor is delicious too, don't think I'd switch it up.

I'm just a regular sis trying to maintain. If you're trying to stick with green smoothies for breakfast, this is the perfect addition. I only use 1 scoop, and that works for me. It totally changes the taste once spinach or kale is added. I don't even use orange juice. as long as I've got this, I only use water in in my fruit smoothies.
