Excellent for what you pay I broke the shock tower the 1st time I took it out. It was my fault I ordered aluminum it was here the next day and I was on the road again. It's quick it goes thru just about everything would recommend

This seems to be a pretty good RC for the price range. Key features to me are the brushless motor, 4 wheel drive, and 25C 3S li-po battery. It also has a decent remote with throttle trim and steering trim and a 70% throttle limiter option. It's not a truck, but my other experience with the Arrma Senton (similar to Traxxas Slash) is that this car is approaching that tier of performance. My 11-year-old son earned this for himself, and he loves that it has the performance to keep up with my Senton. His only complaint is that the throttle seems a bit sensitive. It looks like it also has spare pins to add a fan for the ESC if preferred, which does get pretty hot. I was thinking I would be able to let him use my other li-po batteries, but the format isn't the same. Getting a spare battery is recommended.

This thing is wicked fast and wonderful to drive. That being said do not use it anywhere near or on a street without purchasing some additional parts maybe even a whole chassis. The durability is a bit low when near anything remotely solid.

Great rc. Transmitter is junk I used my dumbo as it comes with a separate receiver not the 2 in 1 esc/transmitter. Check the shock oil mine were empty/low. I used 70wt oil and it made a huge difference. Suspension is super plush now and takes big hits no problem. Shock towers are weak so expect shock breakage if you send it. Super quick little buggy. Small delay in throttle response due to the price point esc. I'm gonna throw a hobbywing BL60 in it and it'll be PERFECT. Great battery life too. I get at least 20 minutes run time and I go fast and hard. Overall worth the money and very upgradeable. I got mine for $61 with 2 3S batteries included from wall Marty. Update: to say this thing is durable is an understatement, I have absolutely ran this sucker full throttle over, under, through everything I could find. Nothing broke. Then an idiot ran it over with a Honda Accord. Only broke the wheel. That's it. Still going like mad. I wouldn't have believed ANY TV car could get run over and aside from the wheel, be ok. I'm gonna say it. This thing is indestructible.

The model I received is a variant of the super successful hyper-go model. This would be a great vehicle for those who want to take the step up from brushed to brushless. the build is solid and can stand up to some hard bashing but it's not indestructible. They include a true 3s pack, so this vehicle is able to travel at high enough speed to catastrophically destroy it or hurt yourself. That said this thing is a little beast and will provide endless entertainment if taken care of. The included remote is what you'd expect for this range and the steering input is smooth and responsive. Start out slow since this is a 1/16th scale, and it looks like it's going twice as fast as it is. The suspension does a great job of keeping it controllable at pretty crazy speeds. you can also find replacement parts and upgrades for the model which is a bonus as well. Definitely a great hobby grade pkg, way better than any box store toy.
